Georgia High School Basketball - Chestatee tipped by East Hall
January 2, 2024: Gainesville, GA 30507 The East Hall Vikings basketball team scored 89 points and held the visiting Chestatee War Eagles to 84 in the Vikings league triumph on Tuesday.
The Vikings now sport a 8-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Madison County for a AAAA Region 8 contest on Friday, January 5. East Hall will meet a Red Raiders team coming off a 56-55 league win over Walnut Grove (Walnut Grove, GA). The Red Raiders record now stands at 12-4.
The War Eagles (5-10) will now prepare for their contest against Seckinger (Buford, GA). The Jaguars enter the AAAA Region 8 contest with a 10-4 record. In their last contest, Seckinger nudged Denmark (Alpharetta, GA), 81-75, in a non-league contest.
