Del Valle Conquistadores (El Paso, TX) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting El Paso Tigers (El Paso, TX), 55-52 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Del Valle upgrades its record to 11-7 on the campaign. The Conquistadores travel to Jefferson (El Paso, TX) to play the Silver Foxes in a non-league bout on Friday, January 5. The Silver Foxes come into the bout with a record of 3-15. Jefferson won 39-34 in their recent non-league bout against Chaparral (Chaparral, NM)
