Georgia High School Basketball - North Oconee routs St. Pius X Catholic
January 3, 2025: Bogart, GA 30677 In Friday's non-league contest, the host North Oconee Titans basketball team scored a big 64-27 triumph over the St. Pius X Catholic Golden Lions.
The Titans (15-1) will now prepare for their contest against East Forsyth (Gainesville, GA). The Broncos go into the AAAA Region 8 contest with a 5-11 record. In their last contest, East Forsyth was trounced by Jefferson (Jefferson, GA), 53-51, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Golden Lions battle the Northview Titans (Johns Creek, GA) in a AAAA Region 5 contest, on Tuesday, January 7. St. Pius X Catholic will attempt to better on its 9-6 season record. The Titans go into the contest with a 9-6 record after their 66-56 non-league loss to Dalton (Dalton, GA).
