California High School Soccer - Wiseburn- Da Vinci nudges St. Genevieve
January 3, 2025: Panorama City, CA 91402 Fans at Friday's non-league battle between the Wiseburn- Da Vinci Wolves (El Segundo, CA) and the host St. Genevieve Valiants (Panorama City, CA), saw Wiseburn- Da Vinci's soccer squad hold off St. Genevieve by a score of 1-0.
The Wolves (7-3) will now prepare for their battle against South (Torrance, CA). The Spartans enter the Pioneer battle with a 7-1 record. In their last battle, South tipped Santa Monica (Santa Monica, CA), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Valiants confront the Paraclete Spirits (Lancaster, CA) in a Del Rey battle, on Tuesday, January 7. St. Genevieve will attempt to improve on its 8-4 season record. The Spirits enter the battle with a 7-1 record after their 4-0 non-league win over Simi Valley (Simi Valley, CA).
