January 4, 2024: Orange, TX 77632 New Caney Eagles (New Caney, TX) fans were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team prevail over the host Little Cypress-Mauriceville Bears (Orange, TX), 4-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Eagles confront the Bridge City Cardinals (Bridge City, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 5. New Caney will attempt to better on its 1-0 season record. The Cardinals enter the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Brazosport (Freeport, TX).
The Bears now have a 0-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to East Chambers for a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 6.
