Ben Lippen Falcons (Columbia, SC) supporters left the game happy Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the visiting Porter-Gaud Cyclones (Charleston, SC), 51-33 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Ben Lippen advances its record to 8-4 on the year. The Falcons travel to Cardinal Newman (Columbia, SC) to face the Cardinals in a SCISA 4A Region I match on Tuesday, January 7. The Cardinals enter the match with a record of 2-7. Cardinal Newman lost 49-33 in their recent non-league match against Hanahan (Hanahan, SC)

The Cyclones now own a 4-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ashley Hall for a SCISA 4A Region II match on Tuesday, January 7.
