Texas High School Basketball - Harmony overwhelms Miller Grove
January 6, 2023: Big Sandy, TX 75755 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Harmony Eagles (Big Sandy, TX) and the visiting Miller Grove Hornets (Cumby, TX), saw Harmony's basketball squad wallop Miller Grove by a count of 56-24.
With the victory, Harmony upgrades its record to 4-13 on the campaign. The Eagles host Winona (Winona, TX) to play the Wildcats in a 3A Region II District 13 challenge on Tuesday, January 10. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 0-8. Winona lost 2-0 in their recent league challenge against Quitman (Quitman, TX)
Next up, the Hornets play the Pioneer Tech & Arts Academy (Fate, TX) in a 1A Region III District 23 challenge, on Friday, January 6. Miller Grove will attempt to upgrade on its 4-12 season record.
