Texas High School Soccer - Lee knocks off Flour Bluff
January 6, 2024: San Antonio, TX 78213 Lee Volunteers (San Antonio, TX) supporters were pleased Saturday as they observed their soccer team prevail over the visiting Flour Bluff Hornets (Corpus Christi, TX), 4-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Volunteers confront the Guyer Wildcats (Denton, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 11. Lee will attempt to move on its 2-2 season record. The Wildcats enter the challenge with a 3-0 record after their 4-2 non-league win over Byron Nelson (Trophy Club, TX).
With the loss, Flour Bluff drops to 2-1 on the season. The Hornets host Alamo Heights (San Antonio, TX) to meet the Mules in a non-league test on Thursday, January 11. The Mules come into the test with a record of 3-1.
