With the victory, Church Point upgrades its record to 7-11 on the year. The Bears host North Vermilion (Maurice, LA) to face the Patriots in a non-league match on Tuesday, January 7. The Patriots enter the match with a record of 13-1. North Vermilion won 52-27 in their recent non-league match against Kaplan (Kaplan, LA)
The Buccaneers now sport a 1-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host East Feliciana for a non-league match on Wednesday, January 8. Broadmoor will face a Tigers squad coming off a 51-37 non-league loss to West Feliciana (St. Francisville, LA). The Tigers record now stands at 8-4.
