Ohio High School Basketball - Old Fort overwhelms Hopewell-Loudon
January 7, 2025: Old Fort, OH 44861 The Old Fort Stockaders basketball team scored 60 points and limited the visiting Hopewell-Loudon Chieftains to 25 in the Stockaders league triumph on Tuesday.
The Stockaders now have a 8-1 record. They play next when they travel to Lakota for a Sandusky Bay - River game on Friday, January 10. Old Fort will confront a Raiders team coming off a 68-40 league loss to New Riegel (New Riegel, OH). The Raiders record now stands at 5-5.
With the loss, Hopewell-Loudon falls to 2-6 on the campaign. The Chieftains host St. Joseph Central Catholic (Fremont, OH) to confront the Crimson Streaks in a Sandusky Bay - River game on Friday, January 10. The Crimson Streaks go into the game with a record of 1-9. St. Joseph Central Catholic lost 75-27 in their recent league game against Gibsonburg (Gibsonburg, OH)
