January 8, 2024: Madison Heights, VA 24572 Faith Christian Warriors (Roanoke, VA) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Temple Christian Crusaders (Madison Heights, VA), 73-68 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Faith Christian upgrades its record to 7-3 on the season. The Warriors host Roanoke Valley Christian (Roanoke, VA) to clash with the EAGLES in a Virginia Christian - Southwest bout on Friday, January 12. The EAGLES go into the bout with a record of 8-2. Roanoke Valley Christian won 64-34 in their recent non-league bout against Westover Christian Academy (Danville, VA)
Next up, the Crusaders clash with the Smith Mountain Lake Christian Academy Ospreys (Moneta, VA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 11. Temple Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 3-7 season record. The Ospreys go into the bout with a 8-4 record after their 64-39 non-league win over Christian Heritage Academy (Rocky Mount, VA).
