January 8, 2025: Anderson, SC 29621 The crowd at Wednesday's league challenge between the T.L. Hanna Yellow Jackets (Anderson, SC) and the visiting Hillcrest Rams (Simpsonville, SC), observed T.L. Hanna's basketball team overwhelm Hillcrest by a score of 69-43.
The Yellow Jackets (8-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Greenwood (Greenwood, SC). The Eagles come into the AAAAA Region 1 challenge with a 10-4 record. In their last challenge, Greenwood was routed by Greenville (Greenville, SC), 49-32, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Rams encounter the Woodmont Wildcats (Piedmont, SC) in a AAAAA Region 1 challenge, on Thursday, January 9. Hillcrest will attempt to improve on its 8-7 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 8-4 record after their 80-55 league loss to Greenville (Greenville, SC).
