Ridge View Blazers (Columbia, SC) supporters left the game happy Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the host Spring Valley Vikings (Columbia, SC), 70-40 in a league match.

With the victory, Ridge View advances its record to 8-7 on the year. The Blazers travel to West Florence (Florence, SC) to meet the Knights in a AAAAA Region 5 match on Tuesday, January 14. The Knights enter the match with a record of 1-11.
