The crowd at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Belton-Honea Path Bears (Honea Path, SC) and the host Palmetto Mustangs (Williamston, SC), observed Belton-Honea Path's basketball team edge Palmetto by a score of 37-35.

The Bears (2-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Greenville Hurricanes (Greenville, SC). The Hurricanes come into the non-league challenge with a 10-3 record. In their last challenge, Greenville Hurricanes was tipped by Woodruff (Woodruff, SC), 43-39, in a non-league challenge.
