Texas High School Soccer - Navasota nudges Lindale
January 9, 2025: Navasota, TX 77868 Fans at Thursday's non-league battle between the Navasota Rattlers (Navasota, TX) and the visiting Lindale Eagles (Lindale, TX), saw Navasota's soccer squad hold off Lindale by a count of 1-0.
The Rattlers (5-1) will now prepare for their battle against Sulphur Springs (Sulphur Springs, TX). The Wildcats enter the non-league battle with a 3-1 record. In their last battle, Sulphur Springs was edged by Progreso (Progreso, TX), 1-0, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Eagles battle the Lorena Leopards (Lorena, TX) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, January 11. Lindale will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Leopards enter the battle with a 1-0 record after their 8-0 non-league win over Bishop Reicher Catholic (Waco, TX).
