California High School Basketball - Contreras overwhelms Bernstein
January 10, 2023: Los Angeles, CA 90017 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Contreras Cobras (Los Angeles, CA) and the visiting Bernstein Dragons (Hollywood, CA), saw Contreras's basketball squad wallop Bernstein by a tally of 64-12.
With the victory, Contreras improves its record to 7-5 on the campaign. The Cobras travel to Hollywood (Los Angeles, CA) to play the Sheiks in a Central challenge on Thursday, January 12. The Sheiks come into the challenge with a record of 10-1. Hollywood won 62-6 in their recent league challenge against Belmont (Los Angeles, CA)
Next up, the Dragons play the Mendez Jaguars (Los Angeles, CA) in a Central challenge, on Thursday, January 12. Bernstein will attempt to improve on its 4-6 season record. The Jaguars come into the challenge with a 1-7 record after their 28-20 league loss to Roybal (Los Angeles, CA).
