Maine High School Ice Hockey - St. Dominic knocks off Cheverus
January 10, 2023: Lewiston, ME 04210 The St. Dominic Saints trounced the visiting Cheverus Stags ice hockey squad by a count of 7-2 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
With the victory, St. Dominic moves its record to 1-2 on the campaign. The Saints travel to Freeport (Freeport, ME) to confront the Falcons in a Class A bout on Thursday, January 12. The Falcons go into the bout with a record of 3-4. Freeport lost 4-2 in their recent league bout against Marshwood (South Berwick, ME)
The Stags now sport a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they host Scarborough for a non-league bout on Thursday, January 12. Cheverus will confront a Red Storm squad coming off a 3-1 league loss to Edward Little (Auburn, ME). The Red Storm record now stands at 3-2.
