In Wednesday's league outing, the Belton-Honea Path Bears (Honea Path, SC) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Palmetto Mustangs (Williamston, SC), by a margin of 80-17.

The Bears (7-8) will now prepare for their outing against Fountain Inn (Fountain Inn, SC). The Fury go into the AAA Region 2 outing with a 12-4 record. In their last outing, Fountain Inn smashed Powdersville (Greenville, SC), 47-42, in a league outing.
