The Lake Washington Kangaroos basketball squad (Kirkland, WA), was nudged 46-45 in Friday's league battle with the host Issaquah Eagles (Issaquah, WA)

With the victory, Issaquah advances its record to 10-3 on the year. The Eagles host Bothell/Inglemoor (Bothell, WA) to meet the Cougars in a non-league battle on Wednesday, January 15. The Cougars enter the battle with a record of 5-3. Bothell/Inglemoor lost 58-52 in their recent non-league battle against Woodinville (Woodinville, WA)
