January 13, 2024: Myrtle Beach, SC 29577 The Myrtle Beach Seahawks (Myrtle Beach, SC) basketball felled the visiting Conway Tigers (Conway, SC), 53-37 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Seahawks (6-10) will now prepare for their test against Wilson (Florence, SC). The Tigers go into the AAAA Region 6 match with a 15-4 record. In their last match, Wilson overcame Lancaster (Lancaster, SC), 66-63, in a non-league match.
With the defeat, Conway moves to 9-10 on the year. The Tigers host Socastee (Myrtle Beach, SC) to meet the Braves in a AAAAA Region 5 match on Tuesday, January 16. The Braves enter the match with a record of 8-7. Socastee lost 49-48 in their recent non-league match against Lee Central (Bishopville, SC)
