January 13, 2025: Sammamish, WA 98075 The Stanwood Spartans (Stanwood, WA) basketball were winner over the host Skyline Spartans (Sammamish, WA), 63-44 in Monday's non-league bout.
The Spartans now possess a 10-3 record. They play next when they host Marysville-Pilchuck for a 2A/3A Wesco bout on Wednesday, January 15. Stanwood will play a Tomahawks team coming off a 59-14 non-league loss to Interlake (Bellevue, WA). The Tomahawks record now stands at 0-13.
With the loss, Skyline falls to 8-5 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to North Creek (Bothell, WA) to play the Jaguars in a 4A KingCo bout on Wednesday, January 15. The Jaguars go into the bout with a record of 11-3. North Creek won 65-34 in their recent non-league bout against Enumclaw (Enumclaw, WA)
