January 14, 2023: Humble, TX 77346 The Summer Creek Bulldogs (Houston, TX) basketball nipped the host Atascocita Eagles (Humble, TX), 57-51 in Saturday's league test.
The Bulldogs (19-6) will now prepare for their test against West Brook (Beaumont, TX). The Bruins go into the 6A Region III District 21 test with a 20-6 record. In their last test, West Brook got by King (Houston, TX), 50-41, in a league test.
The Eagles now own a 16-8 record. They play next when they host Kingwood for a 6A Region III District 21 test on Wednesday, January 18. Atascocita will encounter a Mustangs squad coming off a 41-34 league loss to North Shore (Houston, TX). The Mustangs record now stands at 6-17.
