Andrew Jackson Volunteers (Kershaw, SC) supporters left the game happy Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the host North Central Knights (Kershaw, SC), 61-38 in a league match.

With the victory, Andrew Jackson advances its record to 8-5 on the year. The Volunteers host Central (Pageland, SC) to meet the Eagles in a AA Region 4 match on Friday, January 17. The Eagles enter the match with a record of 10-7. Central won 74-53 in their recent league match against Buford (Lancaster, SC)

The Knights now own a 0-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Chesterfield for a AA Region 4 match on Friday, January 17. North Central will meet a Golden Rams squad coming off a 51-43 league loss to Cheraw (Cheraw, SC). The Golden Rams record now stands at 2-11.
