In Tuesday's league test, the Nation Ford Falcons (Fort Mill, SC) basketball squad defeated the host Catawba Ridge Copperheads (Fort Mill, SC), by a final score of 61-52.

Next, the Falcons clash with the Clover Blue Eagles (Clover, SC) in a AAAAA Region 3 test, on Friday, January 17. Nation Ford will attempt to upgrade on its 8-8 season record. The Blue Eagles come into the test with a 11-7 record after their 52-41 league loss to Indian Land (Fort Mill, SC).

The Copperheads (8-10) will now prepare for their test against Rock Hill (Rock Hill, SC). The Bearcats come into the AAAAA Region 3 test with a 6-10 record. In their last test, Rock Hill went down by Northwestern (Rock Hill, SC), 59-54, in a league test.
