January 14, 2025: West Bloomfield, MI 48322 The Frankel Jewish Academy of Metro Detroit Jaguars (West Bloomfield, MI) basketball were winner over the visiting Academy of the Sacred Heart Gazelles (Bloomfield Hills, MI), 41-25 in Tuesday's league bout.
The Jaguars now possess a 7-1 record. They play next when they travel to Our Lady of the Lakes for a Catholic C-D D bout on Thursday, January 16. Frankel Jewish Academy of Metro Detroit will play a Lakers team coming off a 44-38 league win over Cardinal Mooney Catholic (Marine City, MI). The Lakers record now stands at 4-2.
With the loss, Academy of the Sacred Heart falls to 0-7 on the campaign. The Gazelles travel to Detroit Cristo Rey (Detroit, MI) to play the WOLVES in a non-league bout on Friday, January 17.
