Utah High School Basketball - American Leadership Academy edges Summit Academy

The American Leadership Academy Eagles (Spanish Fork, UT) basketball nipped the host Summit Academy Bears (Bluffdale, UT), 42-40 in Tuesday's league test.

The Eagles (6-8) will now prepare for their test against Judge Memorial (Salt Lake City, UT). The Bulldogs go into the 3A Region 15 test with a 12-7 record. In their last test, Judge Memorial got by Providence Hall (Herriman, UT), 78-27, in a league test.

The Bears now own a 6-9 record. They play next when they travel to Juan Diego Catholic for a 3A Region 15 test on Thursday, January 19.
