January 17, 2024: Pataskala, OH 43062 The Olentangy Berlin Bears basketball team scored 55 points and held the host Licking Heights Hornets to 35 in the Bears non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Bears now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Thomas Worthington for a non-league contest on Friday, January 19. Olentangy Berlin will battle a CARDINALS team coming off a 47-21 non-league win over Eastmoor Academy (Columbus, OH). The CARDINALS record now stands at 5-8.
The Hornets (7-6) will now prepare for their contest against Watkins Memorial (Pataskala, OH). The Warriors enter the contest with a 1-2 record. In their last contest, Watkins Memorial was defeated by Lancaster (Lancaster, OH), 49-33, in a non-league contest.
