New York High School Basketball - Albany Academy for Girls triumphant over La Salle Institute

The Bears (9-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Aquinas Institute (Rochester, NY). The Little Irish come into the non-league challenge with a 8-1 record. In their last challenge, Aquinas Institute trounced St. Mary's (Lancaster, NY), 79-72, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Cadets encounter the Emma Willard Jesters (Troy, NY) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, January 20. La Salle Institute will attempt to improve on its 4-7 season record. The Jesters come into the challenge with a 0-6 record after their 53-34 league loss to Hoosick Falls (Hoosick Falls, NY).
