January 17, 2025: Fort Worth, TX 76111 The Corsicana Tigers soccer squad scored 4 points and held the host Carter-Riverside Eagles to 0 in the Tigers non-league victory on Friday.
The Tigers now possess a 5-0 record. They play next when they travel to Crandall for a 5A Region 2 District 14 bout on Wednesday, January 22. Corsicana will play a Pirates squad coming off a 1-1 non-league Royse City (Royse City, TX). The Pirates record now stands at 6-4.
With the loss, Carter-Riverside moves to 0-6 on the year. The Eagles travel to Kennedale (Kennedale, TX) to play the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 21.
