Texas High School Soccer - Anna knocks off Bonham
January 17, 2025: Anna, TX 75409 Fans at Friday's non-league battle between the Anna Coyotes (Anna, TX) and the visiting Bonham Warriors (Bonham, TX), saw Anna's soccer squad knock off Bonham by a count of 4-1.
The Coyotes (3-2) will now prepare for their battle against Lovejoy (Lucas, TX). The Leopards enter the 5A Region 2 District 9 battle with a 1-0 record. In their last battle, Lovejoy West Mesquite (Mesquite, TX), 1-1, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Warriors confront the Panther Creek Panthers (Frisco, TX) in a 4A Region 2 District 11 battle, on Wednesday, January 22. Bonham will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Panthers enter the battle with a 4-1 record after their 7-2 non-league win over Samuell (Dallas, TX).
