With the victory, South Paulding advances its record to 12-7 on the year. The Spartans travel to Kennesaw Mountain (Kennesaw, GA) to meet the Mustangs in a AAAAA Region 5 battle on Tuesday, January 21. The Mustangs enter the battle with a record of 8-12. Kennesaw Mountain lost 66-59 in their recent league battle against New Manchester (Douglasville, GA)
The Tigers now own a 6-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to New Manchester for a non-league battle on Saturday, January 25.
