The East Mountain Timberwolves were victorious over the visiting Santa Fe Prep Blue Griffins basketball squad by a final score of 46-32 in Saturday's non-league outing.

Next, the Timberwolves clash with the Bosque Bobcats (Albuquerque, NM) in a 3A District 5 outing, on Wednesday, January 22. East Mountain will attempt to upgrade on its 12-5 season record. The Bobcats enter the outing with a 9-3 record after their 84-53 non-league loss to Robertson (Las Vegas, NM).

The Blue Griffins (7-6) will now prepare for their outing against Robertson (Las Vegas, NM). The Cardinals enter the 3A District 2 outing with a 14-2 record. In their last outing, Robertson ran past Sandia Prep (Albuquerque, NM), 80-52, in a non-league outing.
