Connecticut High School Basketball - Weston holds off Westhill
January 18, 2025: Stamford, CT 06902 The Weston Trojans basketball team scored 54 points and limited the host Westhill Vikings to 53 in the Trojans non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Trojans now have a 8-3 record. They play next when they travel to Notre Dame Prep for a Southwest game on Tuesday, January 21. Weston will confront a Lancers team coming off a 80-51 league win over Bethel (Bethel, CT). The Lancers record now stands at 9-2.
With the loss, Westhill falls to 3-6 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to McMahon (Norwalk, CT) to confront the Senators in a Fairfield County game on Tuesday, January 21. The Senators go into the game with a record of 3-4. McMahon lost 60-43 in their recent league game against Ludlowe (Fairfield, CT)
