Maryland High School Basketball - Washington crushes Pocomoke
January 20, 2023: Pocomoke, MD 21851 Washington Jaguars (Princess Anne, MD) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Pocomoke Warriors (Pocomoke, MD), 50-29 in a league bout.
With the victory, Washington upgrades its record to 4-5 on the campaign. The Jaguars travel to Decatur (Berlin, MD) to play the Seahawks in a Bayside - South bout on Monday, January 23. The Seahawks come into the bout with a record of 12-2. Decatur won 57-48 in their recent league bout against Snow Hill (Snow Hill, MD)
Next up, the Warriors play the Parkside Rams (Salisbury, MD) in a Bayside - South bout, on Monday, January 23. Pocomoke will attempt to upgrade on its 3-7 season record. The Rams come into the bout with a 11-1 record after their 73-37 league win over Pocomoke (Pocomoke, MD).
