New Mexico High School Basketball - Logan can't hold off Melrose

The Melrose Buffaloes nipped the visiting Logan Longhorns basketball squad by a final score of 43-41 in Monday's non-league outing.

Next, the Buffaloes face the Lake Arthur Panthers (Lake Arthur, NM) in a A District 4 outing, on Tuesday, January 21. Melrose will attempt to upgrade on its 12-2 season record. The Panthers enter the outing with a 2-7 record after their 28-26 non-league loss to Hagerman (Hagerman, NM).

The Longhorns (8-7) will now prepare for their outing against Walatowa Charter (Jemez Pueblo, NM). The Cougars enter the non-league outing with a 1-1 record.
