January 21, 2023: Kennedale, TX 76060 Fans at Saturday's league challenge between the Lubbock Christian Eagles (Lubbock, TX) and the host Fellowship Academy Mustangs (Kennedale, TX), saw Lubbock Christian's basketball squad wallop Fellowship Academy by a tally of 59-11.
With the victory, Lubbock Christian improves its record to 20-9 on the campaign. The Eagles host Weatherford Christian (Weatherford, TX) to confront the Lions in a TAPPS 3A District 1 challenge on Tuesday, January 24. The Lions come into the challenge with a record of 7-5. Weatherford Christian won 46-42 in their recent league challenge against Temple Christian (Fort Worth, TX)
Next up, the Mustangs confront the Temple Christian Eagles (Fort Worth, TX) in a TAPPS 3A District 1 challenge, on Tuesday, January 24. Fellowship Academy will attempt to improve on its 2-7 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 8-17 record after their 40-26 league win over Trinity (Midland, TX).
