Kentucky High School Basketball - Madison Southern knocks off Boyle County
January 21, 2025: Berea, KY 40403 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Madison Southern Eagles (Berea, KY) and the visiting Boyle County Rebels (Danville, KY), observed Madison Southern's basketball team overcome Boyle County by a margin of 51-42.
The Eagles (6-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Tates Creek (Lexington, KY). The Commodores come into the non-league challenge with a 6-8 record. In their last challenge, Tates Creek defeated Lexington Catholic (Lexington, KY), 47-28, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Rebels battle the Lincoln County Patriots (Stanford, KY) in a District 45 challenge, on Saturday, January 25. Boyle County will attempt to better on its 9-7 season record. The Patriots come into the challenge with a 7-9 record after their 68-55 league win over Garrard County (Lancaster, KY).
