Big Sandy Wildcats (Big Sandy, TX) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Ore City Rebels (Ore City, TX), 77-66 in a league bout.

With the victory, Big Sandy upgrades its record to 10-13 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Union Grove (Gladewater, TX) to play the Lions in a 2A Region III District 21 bout on Tuesday, January 30. The Lions come into the bout with a record of 12-12. Union Grove won 73-45 in their recent league bout against Ore City (Ore City, TX)
