The Sparks Railroaders basketball squad (Sparks, NV), was crushed 63-28 in Friday's league battle with the visiting North Valleys Panthers (Reno, NV)

With the victory, North Valleys advances its record to 12-4 on the year. The Panthers travel to Fernley (Fernley, NV) to meet the Vaqueros in a non-league battle on Monday, January 27. The Vaqueros enter the battle with a record of 13-6. Fernley lost 51-42 in their recent league battle against Dayton (Dayton, NV)

The Railroaders now own a 2-18 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Truckee for a 3A Northern - West battle on Wednesday, January 29. Sparks will meet a Wolverines squad coming off a 64-42 league loss to Wooster (Reno, NV). The Wolverines record now stands at 2-15.
