Virginia High School Basketball - Stuart Hall triumphant over Rockbridge County
January 24, 2025: Lexington, VA 24450 The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Stuart Hall Dragons (Staunton, VA) and the host Rockbridge County Wildcats (Lexington, VA), observed Stuart Hall's basketball team overwhelm Rockbridge County by a score of 72-33.
The Dragons (9-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Grove Christian School (Richmond, VA). The Falcons come into the non-league challenge with a 2-10 record. In their last challenge, Grove Christian School was routed by Banner Christian (Chesterfield, VA), 57-52, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Wildcats encounter the Spotswood Trailblazers (Penn Laird, VA) in a Valley challenge, on Saturday, January 25. Rockbridge County will attempt to improve on its 0-15 season record. The Trailblazers come into the challenge with a 11-3 record after their 57-52 league win over William Monroe (Stanardsville, VA).
