The Meyersdale Red Raiders basketball squad (Meyersdale, PA), was crushed 66-44 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Blacklick Valley Vikings (Nanty Glo, PA)

With the victory, Blacklick Valley advances its record to 16-1 on the year. The Vikings travel to Belleville Mennonite (Belleville, PA) to meet the Thunder in a non-league battle on Saturday, January 25. The Thunder enter the battle with a record of 2-7. Belleville Mennonite lost 37-21 in their recent league battle against Meadowbrook Christian (Milton, PA)

The Red Raiders now own a 3-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Blacklick Valley for a non-league battle on Monday, January 27.
