North Carolina High School Basketball - Cox Mill bests Mooresville

January 24, 2025: Concord, NC 28027

The Cox Mill Chargers (Concord, NC) basketball were victorious over the visiting Mooresville Blue Devils (Mooresville, NC), 53-43 in Friday's league outing.

Next, the Chargers face the South Iredell Vikings (Statesville, NC) in a 4A Greater Metro outing, on Monday, January 27. Cox Mill will attempt to upgrade on its 6-11 season record. The Vikings enter the outing with a 6-12 record after their 62-58 league win over West Cabarrus (Concord, NC).

The Blue Devils (6-11) will now prepare for their outing against Hickory Ridge (Harrisburg, NC). The Ragin' Bulls enter the 4A Greater Metro outing with a 12-5 record. In their last outing, Hickory Ridge ran past A.L. Brown (Kannapolis, NC), 70-12, in a league outing.
