In Friday's league contest, the host Nation Ford Falcons basketball team scored a big 54-33 triumph over the Northwestern Trojans.

The Falcons (10-10) will now prepare for their contest against Weddington (Matthews, NC). The Warriors go into the non-league contest with a 11-6 record. In their last contest, Weddington smashed Cuthbertson (Waxhaw, NC), 78-44, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Trojans battle the Catawba Ridge Copperheads (Fort Mill, SC) in a AAAAA Region 3 contest, on Tuesday, January 28.
