Waseca Bluejays (Waseca, MN) supporters left the game happy Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the visiting Worthington Trojans (Worthington, MN), 60-56 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Waseca advances its record to 3-17 on the year. The Bluejays host Blue Earth (Blue Earth, MN) to face the Buccaneers in a AA Section 2 match on Monday, January 27. The Buccaneers enter the match with a record of 0-16. Blue Earth lost 64-49 in their recent non-league match against Granada-Huntley-East Chain/Martin Luther/Truman (Granada, MN)
