January 25, 2025: Marietta, GA 30068 The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Wheeler Wildcats (Marietta, GA) and the visiting Pebblebrook Falcons (Mableton, GA), observed Wheeler's basketball team overwhelm Pebblebrook by a margin of 54-29.
The Wildcats (10-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Walton (Marietta, GA). The Raiders come into the AAAAAA Region 5 challenge with a 9-12 record. In their last challenge, Walton was trounced by Etowah (Woodstock, GA), 56-46, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Falcons battle the Osborne Cardinals (Marietta, GA) in a AAAAAA Region 3 challenge, on Tuesday, January 28. Pebblebrook will attempt to better on its 5-14 season record. The Cardinals come into the challenge with a 5-15 record after their 46-34 league win over South Cobb (Austell, GA).
