In Friday's non-league outing, the Easley HomeSchool Guardians (Easley, SC) basketball squad edged the host Faith Christian Eagles (Ramseur, NC), by a count of 61-58.

The Guardians (6-2) will now prepare for their outing against Anderson Cavaliers (Anderson, SC). The Cavaliers go into the non-league outing with a 3-10 record.

The Eagles now hold a 7-12 record. They play next when they travel to Rockwell Christian School for a non-league outing on Monday, January 29. Faith Christian will clash with a Chargers squad coming off a 47-35 league win over Southview Christian (Statesville, NC). The Chargers record now stands at 8-11.
