Texas High School Basketball - Plano East holds off Lewisville
January 26, 2024: Plano, TX 75074 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Plano East Panthers (Plano, TX) and the visiting Lewisville Farmers (Lewisville, TX), saw Plano East's basketball squad hold off Lewisville by a tally of 62-59.
With the victory, Plano East improves its record to 28-0 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Plano (Plano, TX) to confront the Wildcats in a 6A Region I District 6 challenge on Tuesday, January 30. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 11-15. Plano lost 58-51 in their recent league challenge against Marcus (Flower Mound, TX)
Next up, the Farmers confront the Plano West Wolves (Plano, TX) in a 6A Region I District 6 challenge, on Tuesday, January 30. Lewisville will attempt to improve on its 25-2 season record. The Wolves come into the challenge with a 18-12 record after their 48-47 league loss to Hebron (Carrollton, TX).
