January 26, 2024: Simpsonville, SC 29680 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Christ Church Episcopal Cavaliers (Greenville, SC) and the host Brashier Middle College Charter Bengal (Simpsonville, SC), saw Christ Church Episcopal's basketball squad hold off Brashier Middle College Charter by a tally of 30-23.
With the victory, Christ Church Episcopal improves its record to 10-2 on the campaign. The Cavaliers travel to Woodruff (Woodruff, SC) to battle the Wolverines in a non-league battle on Saturday, January 27. The Wolverines come into the battle with a record of 4-2. Woodruff lost 55-39 in their recent non-league battle against Clover (Clover, SC)
The Bengal (2-2) will now prepare for their battle against Southside Christian (Simpsonville, SC). The Sabres come into the battle with a 1-5 record. In their last battle, Southside Christian was nudged by Christ Church Episcopal (Greenville, SC), 42-31, in a non-league battle.
