In Friday's league match, the host Charlton County Indians basketball team scored a good 53-40 triumph over the Turner County Titans.

In their next game, the Indians meet the Fitzgerald Purple Hurricane (Fitzgerald, GA) in a non-league match, on Saturday, January 28. Charlton County will attempt to better on its 18-1 season record.
