The Seneca Bobcats (Seneca, SC) basketball nipped the visiting Pendleton Bulldogs (Pendleton, SC), 47-46 in Friday's league test.

The Bobcats (9-13) will now prepare for their test against Daniel (Central, SC). The Lions go into the AAA Region 1 test with a 16-7 record. In their last test, Daniel got by West-Oak (Westminster, SC), 35-34, in a league test.

The Bulldogs now own a 9-13 record. They play next when they host Crescent for a AAA Region 1 test on Tuesday, January 31. Pendleton will encounter a Tigers squad coming off a 82-61 league loss to Walhalla (Walhalla, SC). The Tigers record now stands at 3-16.
